Work the founders have shipped
Spoon Studio is new. Its founders are not — these are engagements they built and ran before the studio existed, anonymised at the clients' request.
Consumer goods / FMCG2020 – presentRetail loyalty and trade-marketing suite
Six years of building for a consumer-goods group — campaign tooling for shoppers, a rewards ledger for the trade, a POS app for field staff, and the integrations that tie them together.
Roughly 45 services shipped and kept in production over six years, with the founders running the platform end to end.
Automotive2020 – 2021Dealer network portal for a vehicle brand
One catalogue, one API and one login for a nationwide dealer and partner network — public model browser, dealer and partner portals, and native apps for the showroom floor.
Eleven codebases shipped in about a year, replacing regional spreadsheets with a single source of truth for stock, leads and models.
Property tech / parking2020 – presentMulti-site parking operations in a client-owned cloud
Entry, exit, payment and month-end reconciliation for a paid-parking operator, delivered as an API-first web platform with native and shared-code mobile apps and infrastructure as code.
Month-end close went from days of manual matching to a few hours, on infrastructure the client owns and can audit.
Logistics / e-commerce2020 – presentCross-border package forwarding and shopping
A shopper-facing shipping platform and warehouse back-office for a forwarder moving parcels from US retailers to customers in the Philippines, with native apps on both sides.
Six years in continuous production, with the web app, back-office and both mobile apps still maintained today.
Healthcare / retail2026Telehealth consultations for a retail chain
A video-consultation service for a health and beauty retailer — patient and clinician portals around an open-source video core, with four isolated environments deployable from a pull request.
Demo, test, UAT and production environments live within weeks, each deploying from GitHub without a shared staging bottleneck.
Distribution / B2B trade2025 – presentField operations app for a distributor
Orders, stock, billing and month-end reporting for a B2B distributor, built from an empty repository to daily use by one senior engineer working with agentic tooling.
Dozens of releases in twelve weeks from a single engineer — the working model Spoon Studio now applies to every build.
