A vehicle brand’s national dealer network was running on regional spreadsheets and local tools. The catalogue of models existed in several versions, leads were logged inconsistently or not at all, and the partners supplying dealers had no shared view of any of it.
The founders anchored the whole build on a single API layer and grew outward from there. A public catalogue lets shoppers compare models and specifications. A dealer portal gives each showroom stock management and lead tracking against the same model data. A partner portal covers the upstream relationships that keep dealers supplied. Native iOS and Android apps put the catalogue and lead capture in the hands of showroom staff walking the floor.
Eleven codebases went live in roughly twelve months. Every dealer and partner now signs in once and works from the same catalogue and the same lead pipeline, and the brand’s head office finally sees the network as one system rather than a map of local exceptions.
